Simply explained, to make increases we are going to knit 2 stitches in the same stitch from the previous round. To make decreases we are going to knit two stitches together.

Whenever we make a crochet garment we have some sewing to do, such as on the shoulders, sleeves and parts of the body. In this case I seams with slip stitch or slip stitch taking a strand from each stitch of our parts to be joined.
